The Express Bricks service was very easy to use, from obtaining samples, getting telephone advice to ordering. We are also very pleased with the product supplied now it has been installed - it looks great.

Although the order was not complete on the first visit, there were no problems with the surplus being delivered the following week.

Just wanted to say what a friendly and helpful team you have at Express Bricks.  I would especially like to thank Gary for all his help and patience. Even though he knew from the first of my many(!) telephone calls that I was a one off customer, with no knowledge of bricks and wanting to buy
only a small quantity, he never failed to respond to my calls, organise samples for me and do his best to find a supplier who would be happy to sell me a smaller quantity than the standard pack sizes.

You were most helpful in indentifying our brick type, sending samples and finding the best option for us.
Your delivery was quick (5 pallets delivered from the midlands to the south west on the same day that we placed the order) and drivers were polite and efficient.
As for price you weren’t just a few pounds cheaper that other suppliers but hundreds of pounds!!
Overall we have found our dealings with Express Bricks very pleasing and professional and we would not hesitate to use you again.

The bricks ordered were non standards which I admit I was worried about.  Having started work with them (only 2 days ago) they appear fine.
These were a discontinued line, and we were matching in with an existing building built last year out of the same bricks.
Thanks so much for delivering on time the product which has enabled us to construct the works to match next door and get us out of a situation which could have become problematic!

The overall experience of using Express Bricks was very positive. So positive that a second order will be coming out in a few days. We don’t buy huge numbers of bricks as that is a marginal part of our business and using Express Bricks overcame some very serious problems we were having.

Express Bricks were able to:

1) Provide samples by post to allow us to gain the clients approval
2) Source the “specials” we desperately needed. The manufacturer quoted ten to twelve weeks. Express Bricks came up trumps and what we needed arrived, as arranged, ten days after we placed the order.
3) Delivered exactly what was ordered, early and well packaged.
4) The price was very fair, especially as it was a relatively small order

Thanks for the great service, You matched the bricks when nobody else could and always had time to discuss our project.  The bricks arrived exactly when you said they would, please also thank the driver for being so friendly and putting them exactly where we wanted them it wasnt easy
